Description

Economizers are used to increasing the energy efficiency of the steam boiler. Economizers are heat exchangers that help in heating the feedwater in the boiler.

Boiler Economizers capture the excess or waste heat from the flue gases in the boiler and pass it to the boiler feedwater. It leads to increasing the feedwater temperature that increases efficiency and reduces the energy requirement of the boiler.

Advantages of Economizers:

• Heats the water at a higher level as compared to water preheater
• Less Fuel Consumption due to reduced heat requirement
• Higher Thermal Efficiency
• Low Energy Consumption leads to Low Energy Costs
• Long Lifespan of Boiler

These are boiler feed-water heaters in which the heat from waste flue gases is recovered to raise the temperature of feed water supplied to the boiler, thereby increasing the Fuel Economy, Steaming Capacity, Life of the Boiler and Reducing Pollution.

We offer innovative Solutions to extend the life of the Coils by providing Cassette baffles for bends, Half Tubes Sleeves for upper tubes, SS full Sleeved tubes etc.
